The harvest began at Vignobles Dubois on 14 September 2021 with the whites, then the rosés from 18 September and finally the reds from 22 September and will continue until mid-October.
We were thus able to harvest the berries at their optimum maturity. Despite a dull summer, the quality is there. The 2021 vintage promises to be light and fruity. The only drawback is the smaller quantity than usual due to the frost and also to the weather of this vintage.
