The harvest began at Vignobles Dubois on 14 September 2021 with the whites, then the rosés from 18 September and finally the reds from 22 September and will continue until mid-October.
We were thus able to harvest the berries at their optimum maturity. Despite a dull summer, the quality is there. The 2021 vintage promises to be light and fruity. The only drawback is the smaller quantity than usual due to the frost and also to the weather of this vintage.
Les vendanges ont commencé au Vignobles Dubois le 14 septembre 2021 avec les blancs, puis les rosés à partir du 18 septembre pour finir par les rouges depuis le 22 septembre et se poursuivront jusqu’à mi-octobre.
Nous avons ainsi pu récolter des baies à leur maturité optimale. Malgré un été maussade, la qualité est au rendez-vous. Le millésime 2021 s’annonce léger et fruité. Seul bémol, la quantité moins importante qu’à l’accoutumée dû au gel et également à la météo de ce millésime.
