Cutting-edge processes that respect tradition

The estate can count on a production tool that lives up to its ambitions. Night harvesting, sorting table, temperature control during vinification, maturing on lees for the whites and rosés, tangential filtration, all these are state-of-the-art processes that respect tradition. The maturing cellar, built in the basement, allows the 600 oak barrels to benefit from a perfect hygrometry and temperature. The temperature of the storage cellars is also under control.

Since 2018, the property has had its own bottling line (filling under the latest generation nitrogen). Each lot can be totally personalized, with traditional or screw caps, specific cardboard boxes and packaging.
