PENTE SUD
The idea for this cuvée was born in the summer of 2019. When tasting the berries, Laurent Dubois realised that the quality of the grapes from the best exposed Sauvignon Blanc plot, benefiting from a sloping terroir, was exceptional. Everything was put in place to magnify the product: night harvest, to preserve the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc, ageing in barrels for fullness and body.
The name “Pente Sud” (South Slope) was an obvious choice: it is this terroir and this exposure that gives us this unique cuvée.
